Our verification notes
Listed once although it operates in two of our regions - Houston and Tampa - because it is one firm. In Florida it absorbed Singhofen & Associates in 2024, which brought the author of the ICPR hydrodynamic model widely used for Florida floodplain analysis. One caveat from a municipal task order we read: CLOMR and LOMR work was explicitly excluded from that scope and priced separately, so ask what a floodplain study actually includes.
