Our verification notes

Tier 2 on purpose. Two City of Beaumont records plus the USACE database clear the sourcing bar and Terry Shipman is confirmed as a PE, but no CFM was verified for anyone here and no specific dry floodproofing project was found. Floodplain capability is inferred from sustained municipal drainage work in a Jefferson County setting, not directly documented. One trap we avoided: a CFM named in a Beaumont document is a City staff member, not an employee of this firm.
