Two honest qualifiers. No CFM could be verified on staff, and their role on the flagship Bay Park project was construction management and resident engineering rather than design of record, so it does not by itself prove they author and seal floodproofing certificates. Their published service list does include FEMA design flood elevation criteria. Ask which individual PE would seal the certificate before engaging.
